SupportBridge provides engineering and deployment services for AI systems and workflow automation. Implementation projects are scoped individually, with explicit agreements on deliverables and timelines agreed in writing prior to any work beginning. Pricing is discussed and agreed after reviewing the specific workflow — no fixed packages are offered.

The Automation Audit provided on this website is an exploratory diagnostic offered at no cost. Submitting an audit request does not create a binding contractual obligation on either party. Recommendations provided represent practical guidance based on the information shared.

While SupportBridge designs high-accuracy automation systems, all AI models operate on probabilistic reasoning. For all engagements:

• —High-consequence financial, legal, medical or contractual decisions must include human-in-the-loop review.
• —SupportBridge does not automate authentication bypassing, OTP cracking or financial security circumvention.
• —Clients are responsible for confirming that automated workflows comply with applicable local laws and industry regulations.

Upon receipt of full payment for an engagement, the client receives ownership of all custom workflow configurations, prompts and bespoke integration code authored specifically for their deployment.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from a SupportBridge engagement are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
